    【基本】蔡济宇,男,1991年1月出生,博士。2026年入职世界杯官方网站,任准聘教授,博士生导师,入选世界杯官方网站“特立青年学者”人才支持计划(BIT Teli Young Fellow)。长期从事双电层半导体与神经形态计算器件的应用基础研究,聚焦离子-电子耦合输运、界面电化学及固相离子迁移动力学等核心物理问题,在超离子导电材料设计、原子级沉积纳米制造等方向具备丰富科研经验。

    【科研】在国际期刊上发表SCI论文共38篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者在Nat. Commun.,Adv. Mater.,Matter,ACS App. Mater. Interf.等国际知名期刊发表12篇,受邀以第一作者在Chem. Rev.国际顶级期刊发表综述1篇。十余次受邀在国际材料研究学会(MRS)和国际电化学学会(ECS)等国际顶级会议口头报告。作为首要核心技术人员,参与了4项美国能源部的基础电化学研究项目。申报美国专利3项,其中2项已授权,成功转化1项。

    【任职】国际材料研究学会(MRS)和国际电化学学会(ECS)青年会员。Nat. Commun.、ACS Energy Lett.等国际期刊学术审稿人。

  • 研究领域

    1.拟神经形态存算一体的新型信息器件:
    双电层半导体器件开发与检测技术,双电层界面电荷与离子耦合机理研究,器件低能耗和长寿命的策略设计开发。

    2.纳米级增材制备与应用研究:
    自限制化学反应、超薄共形、低温的原子层沉积技术,二维材料等纳米级生长与晶向调控,异质结微电子与光电研究。

    3.超快存算响应的器件研发
    离子超导电材料开发与器件设计,多物理场(结构应力、化学热力学势、外部电压等)对离子迁移动力学调控研究,高速、线性脉冲向量-矩阵运算。
